摘要
动物源性成分检测的结果不仅可以预防疯牛病等人畜共患病的传播,同时可用于兽医学的研究。文章对饲料中动物源性成分检测技术类型和研究现状进行分类论述,讨论各种方法的优势与局限性及其发展趋势,以期为动物源性饲料的质量安全监管提供参考。
The detection of animal source components can not only prevent the spread of zoonotic diseases such as mad cow disease,but also can be used in veterinary medicine research.The detection technology of animal origin types in the feed,and its classify and the research status were discussed.The advantages and limitations of various methods and their development trend were reviewed to provide reference for animal feed quality and safety supervision.
