大型调水工程水量计量实例研究

A case study on water measurement of large water diversion project

南水北调中线总干渠的节制闸、分水口、退水闸均安装了自动化流量测量装置,为全线水量平衡计算、供水水量核算提供技术支撑。水量计量涉及中线建管局(总干渠)、地方调水办(地方配套输水管道)、自来水厂及地方水利部门等多家单位,因此,水量的精准计量显得尤其重要。本文通过对南水北调中线典型分水口供水水量计量的工作实践和工程实例研究,探讨了大型供水工程水量计量存在的问题。对类似调水工程具有借鉴参考价值。

The middle route of the south to North Water Transfer Project is a strategic inter-basin water supply project in China.The automatic flowmeters are installed in the check gate, the division of flow and back water gate of the main canal. It provides the technical support for the calculation of the total water balance and the accounting of water supply. The water measurements involve many departments, including the middle route construction and management bureau(measurement in main canal), the local government water diversion office(measurement in local matching water pipeline), the water plant and the local water conservancy department,and so on. Therefore, the accurate water measurement is especially important. Based on the work practice and engineering examples of the water measurement of water supply in the typical division gate of the middle route of the South to North Water Transfer Project, the paper discusses the existing problems of water measurement for large scale water supply project, which has reference value for similar water transfer project.
