摘要
TBM隧道掘进机在长距离引水隧洞工程中应用较多,不可避免要在TBM扩大洞室(组装洞室)内增加集渣坑等结构,但因TBM扩大洞室本身断面就很大,再在其中设置集渣坑,其结构断面就会变成异形大断面,对其衬砌很难通过传统数值解法求解。针对以上问题,本文根据异形断面的结构特点,采用ANSYS有限元对规则断面和异形断面受力情况进行分析,通过2种断面受力对比,有效解决了某大型引水隧洞工程TBM扩大洞室异形断面的衬砌问题,为同类工程的设计、施工提供了依据和参考。
The tunnel boring machine is widely used in long-distance water diversion tunnel project, it is unavoidable to increase the slag pit and other structures in the TBM expansion cavern(assembly cavern). Because of the large section of TBM expansion cavern itself, after the slag pit is set, the structural section will become a large special-section. It is difficult to solve by using the traditional numerical solution for the special-section lining. For the above problems, based on the structural features of the special-section, the paper analyzes the force conditions of the regular section and the special-section by using the ANSYS finite element method. Comparing the forces of two sections, the special-section lining problem of TBM expansion cavern of some a large water diversion tunnel project is solved effectively, which would provide basis and reference for the design and construction of similar projects.
