美托洛尔对维持性血液透析患者心脏结构的影响被引量：1

摘要目的探讨美托洛尔对慢性肾衰竭(CKD5期)维持性血液透析患者心脏结构的影响。方法取持续性血液透析患者50例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组25例,两组都给予血液透析、纠正贫血、降压等治疗,研究组加用美托洛尔,对照组不使用,观察美托洛尔使用前后两组心脏结构的变化。结果两组患者观察12个月后,左室内径都有扩大(P<0.05),对照组较研究组扩大明显,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),左室舒张期后壁厚度及室间隔厚度治疗前后及组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论美托洛尔对于慢性肾衰竭(CKD5期)维持性血液透析患者可减少心脏左室内径扩张,有利于改善心脏结构。
