马来酸氯苯那敏对妊娠中晚期合并上呼吸道感染咳嗽的疗效分析

Efficacy of chlorphenamine meleate in the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection and cough in middle and late pregnancy

目的探讨马来酸氯苯那敏治疗妊娠中晚期合并上呼吸道感染咳嗽的疗效。方法将50例妊娠中晚期合并上呼吸道感染患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组25例,对照组患者给予清热解毒、消炎治疗,治疗组在对照组的治疗基础上加用马来酸氯苯那敏治疗,对两组治疗效果进行比较分析。结果治疗组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组治疗总有效率,且两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论马来酸氯苯那敏治疗妊娠中晚期合并上呼吸道感染咳嗽有明显疗效,安全性高,不良反应少。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of chlorphenamine meleate in the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection and cough in middle and late pregnancy.Methods Fifty patients with upper respiratory tract infection and cough in middle and late pregnancy were randomly devided into treatment group and control group.25 cases per group, control group was treated with antipyretic, detoxification, anti-inflammatory treatment, the treatment group was treated with chlorphenamine meleate on the basis of the control group. Comparison and analysis of the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than in the control group,and the difference between the the two group is statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Chlorphenamine meleate is effective in the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection and cough in the middle and late pregnancy,high safety,fewer adverse reaction.
