林木种质资源保存技术探讨

Discussion on Preservation Technology of Forest Germplasm Resources

林木种质资源是陆地生物的"避护所"和"主基因库"。保护林木种质资源不仅事关森林生态系统的平衡与发展,而且直接影响到野生生物种质资源保护及生态环境建设和国家可持续发展。本文介绍了种质资源与生物资源的关系,指出了农、林业种质资源保存所面临的问题,如林木种质资源原地保存、异地保存和设施保存中存在违背保存额原则等。针对种质资源问题提出了新的林木种质资源界定与保存方式,以及相应的地植物区系优化保存配置方法。

Forestgermplasm resources are the ＂shelter＂ and ＂ main gene bank＂ of terrestrial organisms.The protection of forest germplasm resources are not only related to the balance and development of forest ecosystem,but also directly affected the protection of wildlife germplasm resources and ecological environment construction and national sustainable development.This paper introduceed the relationship between germplasm resources and biological resources,and pointed out the problems faced by agriculture and forestry germplasm conservation.For example,the preservation of tree germplasm resources,preservation of different places and preservation of facilities were in violation of the principle of preservation.In view of the germplasm resources,this paper puted forward a new definition and conservation method of tree germplasm resources,as well as the corresponding optimization of preservation configuration method of soil flora.
