肝细胞生长因子(HGF)是一种多功能血源性促肝细胞生长因子,具有广泛的生物学作用,如促进细胞增殖、运动、对抗细胞凋亡等。近年来它在眼科疾病中的作用受到广泛关注。本文就近年来国内外有关HGF和眼科疾病的相关研究进展进行综述。

Hepatocyte growth factor（HGF） is a multifunctional hematopoietic hepatocyte growth factor that has a wide range of biological effects, such as promoting cell proliferation, exer-cise, and anti-apoptosis. Its role in ophthalmic diseases has received widespread attention in recent years. This review summarizes the recent research progress on HGF and ophthalmology at home and abroad.
