摘要
采用磁化法处理制浆造纸厂二沉池出水,磁化次数对磁化效果的影响较小,磁化具有记忆效应,静置状态下磁化记忆效应可达24h,搅拌条件可显著缩短磁化记忆效应时间至小于8h。磁化可显著促进废水混凝处理的沉淀效果,最佳磁化反应条件为:磁场强度为750mT,过水流速为4.4m/s。在最佳磁化条件下,磁化可显著促进混凝处理过程的絮体增大,提高絮体的沉降速率,降低絮体的差异度。
There is no obvious impact of magnetization times on its effects when magnetization method being applied in the treatment of wastewater discharged from secondary sedimentation tank in pulp and paper mills. Magnetization has a memory effect, whose memory duration can be as long as 24 hours at static state and significantly shortened to within 8 hours at stirring condition. So magnetization can be an effective way to improve waste water sedimentation after coagulation treatment. Under the optimum magnetization conditions(magnetic field intensity 750 mT; flow velocity 4.4 m/s), flocculation constituents will be greatly enlarged in the coagulation treatment, sedimentation efficiency of flocculation can be improved, and its differences will be reduced.
