通过对中高速卫生纸机不同区域的安全需求分析,提出相应的安全系统控制策略,构建独立的安全系统架构,旨在降低单个终端故障以及操作失误的影响程度,降低设备风险,提高中高速卫生纸机的安全等级。

Based on the analysis on safety requirements for different sections of medium and high speed tissue paper machines, in the paper was proposed the strategy of safety system management and tries to build an independent security system structure. The final goal is to reduce the impact of single machine failures and operational errors, reduce the operation risk in equipment and improve the security level of medium and high speed tissue paper machines.
