纸业新时代面临的形势、机遇与挑战

Situation, opportunities and challenges faced by paper industry in the new era

＂中国造纸工业告别了短缺时代,进入一个充满挑战和变革的时代,以资源、能源、环境等要素支撑的潜在经济增长空间大幅下降,新一轮产业结构调整和国际化分工正在进行。中国造纸工业仍存在着产品结构不合理、部分产品结构性和阶段性过剩,原料对外依存度不断提高,技术创新能力不强,中小企业数量偏多及信息化水平、资源利用效率、环境治理能力较低等一系列问题,需要在转型期内解决;纸张市场需求容量仍有一定的发展和调整空间。＂

Having got through the period of resources scarcity, China paper industry entered into a new era full of challenges and changes. The growing space supported by resources, energy and environment has already shrunk, and a new-round global adjustment of industrial layout is on its way. In this transition period, there still exit some problems needing to be solved for China paper industry, such as improper product portfolio, structural and periodical overcapacity, increasing dependence on imported raw materials, relatively lacking in technology innovation, large number of medium and small-sized paper enterprises, and relatively low level of informationization, resource utilization and environmental management. But there still remains a potential space for further development and industrial adjustment for the paper industry.
