摘要 随着现代舞台智能化程度的要求不断提升,舞台机控要件的元器件数目日趋庞大,要件之间的逻辑关系日趋繁杂,舞台机控系统的人机交互、管控效率、潜能挖潜的探讨意义更为重大.基于此,以要件应用更应人性化、系统安全指标更应有保障的理念为思路,对实时以太网的舞台机械控制硬件系统的机控要件性能进行了探究,研究了台面机控部件硬件系统的特点和运行模式,提出了系统网络拓扑、通讯方案及硬件框架等建设性建议,并进行了硬件配置及相关选型、通讯网址和参数的分配;通过提出拓展B&R的PCC、触摸屏、SEW变频器等硬件性能,对更加智能化、人性化控制硬件系统的设计理念进行了展望. With the requirement of modern stage intellectualization,the number of elements of stage mechanism control is increasing day by day,and the logical relationship between the elements is becoming more and more complicated. The discussion of human-computer interaction,control efficiency and potential excavation of stage mechanism control system is even more significant. Based on this,the paper explored the performance of the mechanical control elements of the real-time ethernet stage mechanical control hardware system based on the idea that the requirements should be more Humanized and the system safety index should be more guaranteed.This paper studied the characteristics and operation mode of the hardware system of the table control parts,put forward constructive suggestions such as network topology,communication scheme and hardware framework,and carries out hardware configuration and related selection,communication URL and parameter distribution.The hardware performance of expand B & R’s the PCC,touch screen,SEW inverter and so on was put forward,and the design concept of the more intelligent and humanized control hardware system was forecasted.
