摘要
通过微波加热回流乙醇的方法,从红洋葱中提取总黄酮,并在单因素基础上设计正交试验.结果表明,时间2×2 min,乙醇浓度80%,料液比2∶30,提取率达6.099%.
The experiment of extraction of the flavonoid from red onion by microwave radiation method was investigated. Based on the single factor experiments,the effects of solid-liquid ratio,alcohol concentration and extraction time on the extraction yield of the flavonoid from red onion were optimized with orthogonal design.The result showed that optimum extraction parameters were as follows: extraction time 4 min,solid-liquid ratio was 2 ∶ 30 and the alcohol concentration was 80%. Under the optimum conditions,the yield was 6. 099%.
