甘蓝自交不亲和系的留种方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 以京丰一号亲本黄苗的自交不亲和系作材料,研究甘蓝自交不亲和系的留种方法。结果表明,电助授粉(135 V)和3.5%食盐水处理后花期授粉对黄苗自交不亲和系的保种效果和目前生产上常用的蕾期授粉相当,但可在很大程度上节约成本,尤其是3.5%食盐水处理后花期授粉的综合效果更好,可在生产上予以推广利用。 The self-incompatibility line of Huangmiao(a parent of Jingfeng 1) was used as material to study the seed retention method of broccoli self-incompatibility line.The results showed that electric pollination(135 V)and flowering pollination after treatment of 3.5% Na Cl solution had similar breeding effect to the bud pollination,but these two techniques could reduce seed cost to a great extent,especially the treatment of 3.5% Na Cl solution,the comprehensive effect of flower pollination was better,and it could be popularized in production.
