摘要 运用简便高效的QuEChERS前处理方法,使用三重四极杆液质联用仪测定草莓中19种杀虫剂、杀菌剂农药残留量。结果表明,19种农药仪器方法检出限为0.01~0.36ng/g,加标回收率在88.2%~116.0%之间,相对标准偏差小于10%,标准曲线线性良好,相关系数在0.9976~0.9999之间。此方法选择性强、有机溶剂用量少、操作简便、准确可靠、灵敏度和精密度好,适合用于草莓中常用农药残留的高效率检测。 A simple and efficient QuEChERS pretreatment method was used to determine the pesticide residues of 19 kinds of insecticides and fungicides in strawberry by UPLC-MS QQQ.The resuts showed that the detection limit of the instrument method for 19 kinds of pesticides was in the range of 0.01-0.36 ng/g.The average spiked recovery ranged from 88.2%-116.0% with RSD less than 10%.The calibration curves for 19 pesticides all had good linear relationships with correlation coefficients 0.997 6-0.999 9.This method,is suitable for efficient detection of pesticide residues in strawberry,for it is selective,less organic solvent consumption,simple operation,accurate and reliable,good accuracy and precision.
