电加热板设备烤房在泸州烟区的应用探讨

Application of Electric Heating Plate Equipment Barn in Luzhou Tobacco Area

开展了密集烤房加热室加热设备采用电加热板和普通炉体加热烘烤烟叶对比试验。结果表明,2种加热方式烤后烟叶质量相当,电加热板设备烤房较普通燃煤烤房烘烤中部烟叶、上部烟叶平均上中等烟比例分别提高2.55、1.05个百分点,均价分别提高0.51、0.34元/kg,每炕减少用工1个,减少用工成本80元。但是电加热板设备烤房电耗大,中部烟叶、上部烟叶烘烤能源成本较普通燃煤烤房平均每1kg干烟分别增加3.07、2.87元。电加热板设备烤房可降低烟农烘烤劳动强度,减少煤炭使用,较燃煤烤房更环保,具有良好的应用前景。

A comparative experiment was conducted between the heating plate and the conventional furnace in heating room of the intensive barns to study the effect of heating and roasting tobacco leaves. The results showed that the quality of the tobacco leaves after the two heating methods were equivalent,compared with the common coal burning barn,the average proportion of upper and middle tobacco leaves made from the middle and upper of leaves by electric heating plate equipment barn increased by 2.55 percentage points and 1.05 percentage points,respectively,and the average price increased by 0.51 yuan/kg,0.34 yuan/kg,respectively,and the labor cost was reduced by 1 per worker,the labor cost reduced by 80 yuan.However,the electric heating plate equipment barn had large power consumption,the middle and upper of tobacco leaves baking energy costs increased by 3.07 yuan,2.87 yuan per kg of dry smoke compared with ordinary coal-fired barn.Electric heating plate equipment barn could reduce the labor intensity of the tobacco farmers,reduced the use of coal,more environmentally friendly than the coal-fired barn,had a good application prospect.
