摘要
目前,镉污染大米现象严重,有必要对污染土壤中的镉含量进行检测。针对地势平坦且镉含量、分布、污染来源未知的试验农田,进行采样布点方法优化研究。试验结果表明,通过对不同的采样布点方法进行比较,选择包含对角线的网格随机法可靠性高、操作简单方便,采样点数为15~20个。此研究对后续土壤中镉污染的研究具有先行作用,有利于实际操作过程中的镉含量监测。
At present,the phenomenon of rice polluted by cadmium is serious,and it′s necessary to detect the content of cadmium in contaminated soil. For the experimental farmland with flat terrain,where the content,distribution and pollution source of cadmium are unknown,the sampling distribution method was optimized and studied. Experimental results showed that through comparing the different sampling and placement methods,the selection of grid stochastic method containing diagonal lines was highly reliable,also simple and convenient in practical operation,and the number of sampling points was between 15 and 20. This study plays a leading role in the follow-up study of cadmium pollution in soil,which is beneficial to the monitoring of cadmium content in the actual operation process.
