摘要
柠檬营养丰富,具有多种保健作用,因而深受消费者欢迎,市场潜力巨大。本文综述了柠檬中微量元素的种类以及各元素的功效,以期为柠檬的进一步研究应用提供数据参考。
Lemon is rich in nutrients and has a variety of health functions,so it is well received by consumers and has great potential in the market.In this paper,the type of trace elements in lemon and the efficacy of each element were summarized,so as to provide data references for further research and application of lemon.
