Container heating and temperature control in the extrusion process are significant for product quality, production efficiency, tool life, production cost and energy consumption and environmental protection. After analyzing the disadvantages of the heating system and temperature control device of traditional container, development and application situation of the new type of intelligent,high efficiency, long life direct insert metal heating tube for aluminum container are introduced in the paper.
