摘要
目的探讨多层螺旋CT对先天性支气管肺发育不良患儿的诊断价值。方法选择接受多层螺旋CT检查诊断为先天性支气管肺发育不良患儿24例与病理诊断结论进行比较。结果 (1)12例先天性支气管囊肿,其中5例病变在肺内,7例病变在纵隔内;(2)6例先天性大叶性肺气肿患儿CT显示肺叶含气量增加、透亮程度增加,肺纹理及气管、心脏等偏移,邻近肺组织压缩。2例先天性支气管闭锁、2例先天性囊性腺瘤样畸形、1例巨气管支气管症与1例支气管肺发育不全均在CT扫描中被准确诊断。结论多层螺旋CT诊断先天性支气管肺发育不良的临床价值极高,能清晰反映支气管病灶部位、与邻近器官关系等,具有良好的定位、定性效果。
Objective To summarize the diagnostic value of multislice spiral CT in children with congeni- tal bronchopulmonary dysplasia. Methods 24 cases children with congenital bronchopulmonary dysplasia were examined by multislice CT diagnosis and compard with diagnostic conclusions. Results (1)12 cases of congenital bronchial cyst, 5 of them in the lung, 7 cases in the mediastinum ; (2) in 6 cases of congenital lobar emphysema, the lung volume was increased, transparent was increased, lung veins and trachea, heart were migrated , adjacent lung tissue was compressed. CT scan was performed in 2 cases of congenital bronchial atresia, 2 case of congenital cystic adenomatoid malformation, 1 case of tracheobronchomegaly, and 1 case of bronchopulmonary hypoplasia which all were diagnosed accurately in CT scan. Conclusion The clinical value of multislice spiral CT in the di- agnosis of congenital bronchopulmonary dysplasia is very high, which can clearly reflect the location of the bronchus and the relationship with adjacent organs, and has a good positioning and qualitative effect.
