浅谈FMEA在高频电刀风险管理中的应用

Study on the Application of FMEA in Management of High Frequency Electric Knife

高频电刀作为一种常用的高频医疗设备已广泛用于各级医院的手术中,不过该设备一旦发生安全问题,将会对手术病人、医护人员造成极大危害。该文通过FMEA在我院高频电刀使用中出现的失效问题进行了研究,经过一系列对比、分析,指出FMEA作为风险评价手段存在的优点与不足,为各级医院规避医疗风险、努力降低高频电刀引起的不良事件、提高在用设备的安全性、有效性提供了理论依据。

As a commonly used high -frequency medical equipment, high frequency electric knife has been widely used in the operations of hospitals at all levels. Nevertheless, the security risks of the equipment will cause great harm to patients and medical staff. Based on the studies of failure of high frequency electric knife used in our hospital through FMEA, a series of data points out that FMEA, as the risk evaluation method, possesses advantages and disadvantages. The current study provides a theoretical basis to avoid medical risk in hospitals at all levels, reduce the failure caused by high frequency electric knife and improve the safety and effectiveness of the de- vice in use.
