苏黄止咳胶囊辅助治疗变应性鼻炎合并上气道咳嗽综合征的疗效观察

Curative effect of Suhuang zhike capsule in treating allergic rhinitis with upper airway cough syndrome

目的探讨苏黄止咳胶囊联合变应性鼻炎(AR)常规用药方案,在短期内控制以咳嗽为主要症状的上气道咳嗽综合征(UACS),为临床治疗提供参考方案。方法选取2017年5-8月在新疆医科大学第一附属医院就诊确诊为单纯性变应性鼻炎伴咳嗽的患者110例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组58例,给予变应性鼻炎(AR)常规用药(鼻腔冲洗+糠酸莫米松鼻用激素+孟鲁司特钠)+苏黄止咳胶囊;对照组52例,仅给予变应性鼻炎(AR)常规用药方案。连续用药7、14d后随访,比较鼻炎总症状和咳嗽症状改善状况,评估疗效。结果治疗7d后,2组患者临床症状均明显改善,且治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗2w后,鼻炎总症状改善,治疗组与对照组无统计学差异;咳嗽症状改善,治疗组于第7天、第14天明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论苏黄止咳胶囊可以明显缓解咳嗽症状,并且在短期内可以辅助缓解变应性鼻炎鼻部症状,提高患者生活质量。

Objetive To explore the conventional drug regimen of suhuang zhike capsule combined with allergic rhinitis（AR）,for controlling the upper airway cough syndrome（UACS）with cough as the main symptom in the short term,and provide a reference plan for clinical treatment.Methods 110 patients diagnosed with simple allergic rhinitis and cough in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from may to August of 2017 were randomly divided into two groups,with 58 cases in the treatment group,and the routine drugs of allergic rhinitis（AR）were given.In the control group,52 patients were treated with allergic rhinitis（AR）.The patients were followed up after 7 days and 14 days treatment consecutively,compared with the general symptoms of rhinitis and the improvement of cough symptoms.Results After 7 days of treatment,the clinical symptoms of both groups were significantly improved,and the treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After two weeks of treatment,the general symptoms of rhinitis were improved,and there was no statistical difference between the treatment group and the control group.The cough symptom was improved,and the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group on day 7 and 14,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Suhuang zhike capsule can relieve cough symptoms obviously and can help relieve the nasal symptoms of allergic rhinitis and improve the quality of life of patients in the short term.
