Systematically Grasp the Three Dimensions of Resolving Major Contradictions——Reflection on Learning the Spirit of the 19th NPC

继十九大之后,2017年中央经济工作会议又总结出以新发展理念为主要内容的习近平新时代中国特色社会主义经济思想,其内涵博大精深。以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为统领的经济系统论包含三个理论维度:纵向,把握主要矛盾转换和化解的新时代特点,善于应对机遇和挑战;横向,把握化解主要矛盾多元"体系工程"集成,以高质量发展为目标,以建设"现代化经济体系"为基础,以供给侧结构性改革为主线,以科技创新"体系工程"为动力,实现高标准的现代化;发展环境,把握发挥社会主义强大的系统优势,为实现持久健康良性循环发展打造平台"体系"。

Following the 19 th NPC, the 2017 Central Economic Work Conference summarized Xi Jinping's thought on socialist economy with Chinese characteristics for a new era with the main content of a new development concept. It has extensive and profound connotation. This paper focuses on explaining the economic system theory from three dimensions based on the command of Xi Jinping's thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics: in the vertical direction, this paper grasps the characteristics of the transformation and resolution of major contradictions in the new era, and is good at coping with opportunities and challenges; in the horizontal direction, it grasps the integration of the pluralistic "system engineering"for resolving major contradictions to achieve high-standard modernization based on the goal of high-quality development, the foundation of building a"modern economic system", the main line of supply-side structural reform, and the momentum of scientific and technological innovation "system engineering". In terms of development environment, it gives full play to the strong system advantages of socialism to build the platform"system"for sustainable and healthy development in a virtuous cycle.
