摘要
丁苯橡胶生产过程排放气中含有烃类、苯乙烯、二硫化碳等挥发性有机物,由于丁苯橡胶废气VOCs浓度较低,直接采用常见的处理技术,很难满足非甲烷总烃去除率不小于97%等环保指标要求。阐述催化氧化装置现场试验情况,总结了耐硫催化氧化催化剂对丁苯橡胶废气处理效果。
There are some volatile organic compounds such as hydrocarbon, styrene and carbon disulfide existing in the exhaust gas from production of butadiene styrene rubber. Owing to the low VOCs concentration in the exhaust gas from production of butadiene styrene rubber, environmental protection index such as not less than 97% removal rate of the total non methane hydrocarbon was hard to meet, by way of adopting the common treatment technology. The field experiment situation of the catalytic oxidation device was described; treatment effect on the ex- haust gas from production butadiene styrene rubber by the sulphur resistance catalytic oxidation catalyst was summarized.
