摘要
针对苯乙烯在储存过程中出现的聚合问题以及聚合后对产品质量的影响,结合实际工作经验,对其阻聚剂、氮封(氧含量)、储存温度、工艺操作条件等主要影响因素逐一分析,并给出了处理方案;特别是苯乙烯储罐内防涂层的改造,对苯乙烯储罐延长储存周期及确保产品质量具有关键性影响。措施实施后,对储存2 a的苯乙烯中的阻聚剂、聚合物的含量进行化验分析,苯乙烯全部达到优级品。
Aimed at agglomeration problem and its effect on the product quality in course of storage of styrene, the main effect faetoI~ such as anti - agglomerant, nitrogen sealing( oxygen content) instrument, storage temperature, process operation condition and etc. were analyzed one by one. The treatment project was given combined with work experience. The prolonged storage period and the product quality were significantly influenced by the reform on the anti - agglomeration coating in the styrene storage tank. After the reform, content of the anti - agglom- erant and agglomeration polymer in the styrene with two year storage was tested and analyzed; the storage styrene reached the premium grade in whole.
