摘要
低噪声放大器是接收机感知、筛选信号的关键部件。它的工作带宽、噪声系数、增益及增益平坦度等关键指标,将直接决定整个系统的性能。得益于半导体技术的发展,微波器件的综合性能迅速提高,跨频段的高性能通用低噪声放大器的设计得以实现。结合负反馈电路结构的优点,利用Advanced Design system仿真软件,设计了一种可工作于0.2~2 GHz的放大器。它的噪声系数小于1.5 dB,增益大于30 dB,增益平坦度小于±1 dB。
Low-noise amplifier is the key device to the receiver in its perceiving and screening the signal. Its main performance indicators,such as working bandwidth, noise figure, gain and gain-flatness,would directly determine the performance of the whole system. Thanks to the development of semiconductor technology and rapid improvement on the comprehensive performance of the design of high-performance universal low-noise amplifier across the frequency band is realized. Combined with the advantages of the negative feedback circuit structure and by using the simulation software called Advanced Design System, the amplifier working at 0.2 GHz ~ 2 GHz is designed, which could provide less than 1.5 dB noise figure, more than 30 dB gain and less than ±1 dB gain-flatness.
