天台龙溪水库大坝自动化升级及标准化平台 被引量:3

摘要 天台县龙溪水库的大坝自动化监测老化,标准化和信息化相对落后,已经对水利工程的安全及管理带来很大的影响,因此,急需对大坝的监测进行升级改造,同时提升整个水库的标准化和信息化水平。在浙江省水利水电勘测设计院编制完成的《浙江省天台县龙溪水电站报废重建工程初步设计报告》基础上,结合浙江省水利工程标准化运行管理的信息化建设要求,对水库的大坝监测进行升级,对水库工程标准化平台进行研究和探索,通过物联网、互联网、云数据库等技术,定制化地研发了天台县龙溪水库工程标准化运行管理平台并通过省级验收,对其他大中型水库的大坝升级改造和标准化运行管理平台建设具有借鉴意义。 As the dam automatic monitoring system for Longxi Reservoir in Tiantai County is aging with standardization and informatization relatively backward, exerting a relatively large influence on safety and management of the hydraulic project, there is an urgent need to upgrade the dam monitoring system and improve the level of standardization and informatization of the whole reservoir. Based on the Preliminary Design Report on Reconstruction of Longxi Hydropower Station in Tiantai County of Zhejiang Province prepared by Zhejiang Design Institute of Water Conservancy and Hydro-electric Power and according to the information construction requirements for standard operation management of hydraulic projects of Zhejiang Province, the reservoir dam monitoring system is upgraded and research and exploration are done to customize a standard operation platform for Longxi Reservoir Project in Tiantai County by use of the Internet of Things, the Internet, cloud database and other technologies; this platform is qualified in the provincial-level acceptance, which is of referential significance for dam upgrading and reconstruction, and building of standard operation management platforms for other large and medium-sized reservoirs.
