针灸联合中频电疗治疗膝关节滑膜炎45例

Acupuncture in Combination with Intermediate-frequency Electro-therapy in Treating 45 Cases of Gonarthromeningitis

目的:观察针灸联合中频电疗治疗膝关节滑膜炎的临床疗效。方法:将90例患者按就诊先后顺序随机分为观察组、对照组各45例,对照组患者使用中频电疗,观察组在对照组基础上行针灸治疗,比较干预后2组膝关节ROM角度、Lysholm功能评分及肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素1(IL-1)及超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)等炎症因子的变化情况,比较治疗前后膝关节疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果:ROM角度及Lysholm功能评分治疗后2组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。hs-CRP及IL-1和TNF-α水平治疗后2组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。膝关节疼痛VAS评分治疗前后2组组内比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后组间比较,差异均也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对膝关节滑膜炎,使用针刺联合中频电疗治疗,能达到显著改善膝关节活动能力,减轻局部炎症,缓解疼痛的目的。

Abs t r act Objective：To survey clinical effects of acupuncture combined with intermediate-frequency electrotherapy in the treatment for gonarthromeningitis. Methods：Ninety patients were randomly allocated to the observation group and the control group according to the visiting order, 45 cases each group, the patients in the control group used intermediate-frequency electro-therapy, while the ones in the observation group acupuncture on the foundation of the therapy the control group received, the changes of the inflammatory factors including hypersensitive c-reactive protein（hs-CRP）, interleukin-1（IL-1）, tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α）, Lysholm functional scales and ROM angles of knee joint were compared between both groups after the intervention, VAS scales of knee joint were compared between before and after treating. Results：The difference had statistical meaning when ROM angles and Lysholm functional scales were compared between both groups after treating（P〈0.05）. The difference had statistical meaning in the comparison of the levels of hs-CRP, IL-1 and TNF-α between both groups after treating（P〈0.05）. The difference was statistically significant in the comparisons of VAS scales of knee joint within two groups between before and after treating（P〈0.05）; there was a significant difference in the comparison between both groups after treating（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Acupuncture combined with intermediate-frequency electro-therapy in the treatment for gonarthromeningitis could achieve the aims of improving knee joint activity ability significantly, relieving local inflammation and mitigating the pain of the patients.
