MRI诊断卵巢囊性病变的临床价值分析

Analysis of the Clinical Value of MRI in the Diagnosis of Ovarian Cystic Lesions

目的:研究MRI在卵巢囊性病变诊断中的应用价值。方法:收集2014年12月~2017年12月经某院手术病理证实的65例卵巢囊性病变患者,经手术病理资料对比分析影像诊断结果。结果:65例患者中,60例患者的诊断结果与手术病理结果一致,符合率为92.3%;65例MRI诊断卵巢囊性病变结果为:13例单纯囊肿、9例巧克力囊肿、4例卵巢冠囊肿、3例卵巢腹膜包裹性囊肿、18例卵巢畸胎瘤、16例卵巢囊腺瘤、2例囊腺癌。结论:MRI在卵巢肿瘤诊断中具有重要应用价值,值得推广应用。

Objective：To study the value of MRI in the diagnosis of ovarian cystic lesions.Methods：65 cases of patients with ovarian cystic disease confirmed by surgery and pathology in a hospital from December 2014 to December 2017 were collected,and the results of imaging diagnosis were compared with pathological data.Results：Among the 65 patients,the diagnostic results of 60 cases were consistent with those of operation and pathology,and the coincidence rate was 92.3%.The results of diagnosis of ovarian cystic lesions by MRI in 65 cases were as follows：13 cases of simple cysts,9 cases of chocolate cyst,4 cases of ovarian cysts,3 cases of ovarian peritoneum inclusion cysts,18 cases of ovarian teratoma,16 cases of ovarian cystadenoma,2 cases of cystadenocarcinoma.Conclusion：MRI plays an important role in the diagnosis of ovarian tumors,and is worthy of popularization and application.
