血液分析仪检验急慢性白血病的临床应用

Clinical Application of Hematology Analyzer in the Examination of Acute and Chronic Leukemia

目的:分析血液分析仪检验急慢性白血病的临床应用效果。方法:研究阶段为2010年1月~2017年6月,共纳入研究对象140例,均为白血病患者,其中急性白血病70例,慢性白血病70例,同期纳入健康体检者70例作为对照组,采用血液分析仪进行空腹静脉血的检测,对比检测结果。结果:急性组与对照组比较,白细胞、血红蛋白及C反应蛋白差异显著,有统计学意义,P<0.05;慢性组与对照组比较,白细胞、血红蛋白及C反应蛋白差异显著,有统计学意义,P<0.05;急性组与慢性组白细胞、血红蛋白及C反应蛋白比较,差异不显著,无统计学意义,P>0.05。急性组、慢性组的血铜、血锌、血铬、LDH、ALP、HBDH含量均高于对照组P<0.05;急性组与慢性组之间差异不显著,P>0.05。结论:针对急慢性白血病患者采取血液分析仪可实现对疾病较为准确的诊断,临床价值明显,可推广应用。

Objective：To analyze the clinical application effect of hematology analyzer in the detection of acute and chronic leukemia.Methods：140 cases of leukemia patients including 70 cases of acute leukemia and70 cases of chronic leukemia from January 2010 to June 2017 were selected as subjects.At the same time,70 healthy persons were taken as the control group.The fasting venous blood was detected by blood analyzer and the results were compared.Results：Compared with the control group,the leukocyte,hemoglobin and C-reactive protein in the acute group were significantly different（P〈0.05）.Compared with control group,there were significant differences in leukocyte,hemoglobin and C-reactive protein between chronic group and control group（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in leukocyte,hemoglobin and C-reactive protein between acute group and chronic group（P〈0.05）.The levels of serum copper,serum zinc and serum chromium in acute group and chronic group were significantly higher than those in control group（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference between acute group and chronic group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：For patients with acute and chronic leukemia,blood analyzer can be used to diagnose the disease accurately,which has obvious clinical value and is worthy of promotion and application.
