临床药师指导慢性阻塞性肺疾病病人吸入性药物使用的效果研究

Efficacy of Clinical Pharmacists in Guiding Inhaled Drug Use in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的:探讨临床药师指导慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)病人吸入性药物使用的效果。方法:选择2016年8月~2018年3月某院住院治疗的120例COPD患者,随机分为对照组与研究组。对照组予以常规指导,研究组予以由临床药师加入的指导,观察指导前后的吸入剂使用操作得分与不良反应发生率。结果:指导前,两组患者的得分无统计学意义(P>0.05);指导后,研究组的得分明显较高,不良反应发生率明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床药师指导COPD病人吸入性药物使用具有显著效果。

Objective：To explore the effect of clinical pharmacists in guiding inhaled drug use in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods：120 patients with COPD treated in a hospital from August 2016 to March 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group and research group.The control group was given routine guidance,and the research group was guided by the clinical pharmacist,then the scores of inhaler use and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed before and after instruction.Results：Before the guidance,the scores of the two groups were not statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After guidance,the scores of the study group were significantly higher,and the incidence of adverse reactions significantly reduced,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical pharmacist instructs the COPD patient to breathe the medicine to use has the remarkable effect.
