摘要
目的:对小儿支原体肺炎治疗中行辨证分型方案的有效性进行研究。方法:从2013年1月~2015年12月因支原体肺炎进入某院治疗的患儿中,随机抽选112例进行对照研究,其中56例对照组行西药治疗,而56例治疗组则加行中医辩证方案,对两组患儿疗效以及症状改善情况等客观对照。结果:56例对照组患儿有效率为78.57%(44/56),56例治疗组患儿有效率为96.43%(54/56),P<0.05;对照组内有22例(39.29%)出现并发症,治疗组有5例(8.93%),P<0.05;此外,治疗组咳嗽症状消失时间是(3.09±1.27)d,对照组是(4.77±1.07)d,P<0.05;而两组肺部啰音症状消失时间以及发热症状消失时间等对照,P<0.05。结论:对于患上支原体肺炎的小儿,在予以常规西医治疗的基础上,联合进行中医辨证分型方案,除了能提升疗效、缩短患儿症状恢复时间外,同时还能防止皮疹、疼痛或者是胃肠道不适等并发症出现,应用价值较高,值得推广。
Objective:To study the efficacy of syndrome differentiation and classification in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Methods:112 cases of children with mycoplasma pneumonia treated in a hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 were randomly selected and divided into treatment group(western medicine therapy and syndrome differentiation in traditional Chinese medicine scheme)and control group(western medicine therapy),with 56 cases in each group.The therapeutic effect and symptom improvement were compared between the two groups.Results:The efficacy of in control group was 78.57%(44/56),while that in treatment group was 96.43%(54/56)(P〈0.05).There were 22 cases(39.29%)with complications in control group and 5 cases(8.93%)with complications in treatment group(P〈0.05).What's more,the extinction time of cough in treatment group was(3.09±1.27)days,while that of control group was(4.77±1.07)days(P〈0.05).The time of disappearance of lung rale symptoms and the time of disappearance of fever symptoms in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:For children suffering from mycoplasma pneumonia,on the basis of routine western medicine treatment,the combination of TCM syndrome differentiation can not only improve the curative effect and shorten the recovery time of the children's symptoms,but also prevent complications such as rash,pain,or gastrointestinal discomfort,which has high application value and is worthy of promotion.
