小切口非超声乳化白内障手术治疗硬核白内障的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Small Incision Non-phacoemulsification Cataract Surgery in the Treatment of Hard Nuclear Cataract

目的:探讨小切口非超声乳化白内障手术治疗硬核白内障的临床效果。方法:48例2016年6月~2017年8月硬核白内障患者根据手术方法分组,对照组进行超声乳化白内障手术治疗,观察组行小切口非超声乳化白内障手术治疗,比较两组硬核白内障治疗效果、手术相关的指标、手术前后患者角膜散光度数、并发症情况。结果:观察组硬核白内障治疗效果高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组手术相关的指标优于对照组,P<0.05;手术前两组角膜散光度数相近,P>0.05;手术后观察组角膜散光度数优于对照组,P<0.05;观察组并发症少于对照组,P<0.05。结论:硬核白内障患者行小切口非超声乳化白内障手术的治疗及效果确切,可有效改善角膜散光,改善症状,手术并发症少,安全有效。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery in the treatment of hard nuclear cataract.Methods：48 patients with hard nuclear cataract from June2016 to August 2017 were divided into two groups according to the surgical method.The control group was treated with phacoemulsification cataract surgery,and small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery was performed in the observation group.The therapeutic effect of hard nucleus cataract,the index of operation,the degree of corneal astigmatism and the complications were compared between the two groups.Results：The therapeutic effect of hard nucleus cataract in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.The indexes related to operation in the observation group were better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.The corneal astigmatism was similar in the two groups before the operation（P〈0.05）.After operation,the corneal astigmatism was better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.The complications of observation group was less than that of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery for hard nucleus cataract patients is effective in improving corneal astigmatism and symptoms.The operation is minimally invasive,has less complications,and is safe and effective.
