腹腔镜胆囊切除术并发症发生的影响因素

Influencing Factors of Complications in Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的:探析影响腹腔镜胆囊切除术后出现并发症的各类因素。方法:选择2015年1月~2016年12月某院腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者70例,对患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,分析并发症发生情况,总结影响并发症出现的因素。结果:腹腔镜胆囊切除术并发症出现的独立危险因素包括Calot三角粘连、Calot三角电灼、胆囊萎缩。结论:术前做好各项检查,排除危险因素,不要对Calot三角区实施电灼切除,能够降低手术并发症发生率。

Objective：To explore the factors influencing complications after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods：The clinical data of 70 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients treated in a hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 was retrospectively analyzed.The occurrence of complications was analyzed and the influencing factors of complications were summarized.Results：The independent risk factors of complications in laparoscopic cholecystectomy included Calot triangle conglutination,Calot triangle cauterization,and gallbladder atrophy.Conclusion：Preoperative examination,eliminating risk factors and avoiding electrocautery in the Calot triangle can reduce the incidence of complications.
