肺保护性机械通气联合乌司他丁对急性肺损伤的治疗效果观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究探讨肺保护性机械通气联合乌司他丁对急性肺损伤的治疗效果。方法:选择2016年1月~2017年1月某院急性肺损伤患者80例进行研究讨论,把所有患者随机分为两组各40例,其中对照组采用常规的肺保护性机械通气进行治疗,观察组采取肺保护性机械通气联合乌司他丁进行治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果、血气分析结果变化情况以及患者的预后情况。结果:观察组患者采取肺保护性机械通气联合乌司他丁进行治疗后,患者的疗效优于对照组,血气分析的结果好转情况优于对照组,两组比较,P<0.05。结论:对于急性肺损伤的患者,采取肺保护性机械通气联合乌司他丁进行治疗,效果显著,可以帮助患者促进呼吸功能的稳定,提高患者的预后效果,值得在今后患者的治疗过程中应用。 Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of pulmonary protective mechanical ventilation combined with ulinastatin on acute lung injury.Methods:80 patients with acute lung injury treated in a hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected,studied and discussed.All patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine lung protective mechanical ventilation,the observation group was treated with lung protective mechanical ventilation combined with ulinastatin,then the therapeutic effect,blood gas analysis and prognosis of the two groups were observed.Results:The patients in the observation group were treated with lung protective mechanical ventilation combined with ulinastatin.The results of blood gas analysis were better than that of the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:After the treatment of pulmonary protective mechanical ventilation combined with ulinastatin,the curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the result of blood gas analysis was better than that of the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Pulmonary protective mechanical ventilation combined with ulinastatin is effective in promoting the stability of respiratory function and improving the prognosis of patients,which is worthy to be used in the treatment of patients in the future.
