阿托伐他汀对糖尿病肾病患者肾功能的改善效果分析

Effect of Atorvastatin on Renal Function in Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy

目的:研究探讨阿托伐他汀对糖尿病肾病患者肾功能的改善效果。方法:选择2016年1月~2017年1月某院糖尿病肾病患者48例,随机分为两组各24例,对照组行常规治疗,观察组加用阿托伐他汀治疗,比较肾功能改善效果。结果:观察组采取阿托伐他汀治疗后,观察组的有效率为87.5%,对照组的有效率为66.7%,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论:对于糖尿病肾病的患者,采取阿托伐他汀进行治疗,可以帮助患者改善肾脏功能,效果显著,值得在今后的治疗过程中应用。

Objective：To study the effect of atorvastatin on renal function in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods：48 patients with diabetic nephropathy treated in a hospital from January 2016 to January2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 24 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the observation group was treated with atorvastatin,then the effect of improving renal function in the two groups was compared.Results：The improvement of renal function in the observation group was better than that in the control group after the treatment with atorvastatin.The effective rate was 87.5%in the observation group and 66.7%in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：For patients with diabetic nephropathy,atorvastatin therapy can help patients to improve renal function,with significant effect,which is worthy of application in the future treatment process.
