风险管理措施在消毒供应室风险及安全管控中的应用分析

Application of Risk Management Measures in Risk and Safety Control of Disinfection Supply Room

目的:探讨风险管理措施在消毒供应室风险及安全管控中的应用效果。方法:自2016年11月~2017年12月某院消毒供应室实施风险管理,对实施风险管理前后湿包发生情况、管腔类器械清洗情况及外标签与包内器械不相符发生数目进行对比,并调查各临床科室对消毒灭菌的满意度,对供应室护理人员的服务意识、差错防范意识及安全识别能力进行调查分析,根据上述调查结果评价风险管理在消毒供应室中的应用效果。结果:实施风险管理前后湿包发生率从5.0%下降至0%,管腔类清洗治疗不合格率从11.6%下降至0.76%,外标签与器械不相符发生率0%。实施前,各临床科室对消毒供应室的消毒灭菌满意率为76.0%(380/500),实施风险管理后,满意率明显提高为94.0%(470/500),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);风险管理后,供应室护理人员的服务意识、差错防范意识及安全识别能力与实施前相比均明显上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:风险管理措施在消毒供应室风险及安全管控中具有良好的效果。

Objective：To explore the effect of risk management measures in the risk and safety management of disinfection supply room.Methods：From November 2016 to December 2017,risk management was carried out in the disinfection supply room of a hospital.The occurrence of wet bag,cleaning of tube cavity instruments and the number of external labels that did not match with those in the bag were compared before and after the implementation of risk management.The satisfaction of various clinical departments on disinfection and sterilization was investigated,the service consciousness of the supply room nurses,the awareness of error prevention,and the ability to identify the safety were investigated and analyzed.Based on the above findings,the application effect of risk management in the disinfection supply room was evaluated.Results：Before and after risk management,the incidence of wet bag decreased from 5.0%to 0%,the rate of nonconformity of tube cleaning treatment decreased from 11.6%to 0.76%,and the rate of non-conformity between external label and instrument was 0%.Before implementation,the satisfaction rate of disinfection and sterilization in clinical department was 76.0%（380/500）,and after risk management,the satisfaction rate was significantly increased94.0%（470/500）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After risk management,the service consciousness,the awareness of error prevention and the ability of safety identification of nursing staff in the supply room increased significantly compared with those before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Risk management measures have good effect on risk and safety control in disinfection supply room.
