快速康复外科理念在预防老年人工髋关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的应用价值

Application Value of Rapid Rehabilitation Surgery in Preventing Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Extremity after Artificial Hip Replacement in Elderly Patients

目的:探讨快速康复外科(FTS)理念在预防老年人工髋关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)形成的应用价值。方法:选取某院收治的72例人工髋关节置换患者为研究对象,病例来自2015年3月~2017年3月,利用随机双盲法将其分为观察组(36例)和对照组(36例),对照组患者实施常规围手术期护理,观察组在对照组的基础上应用快速外科康复理念进行围手术期护理,比较两组患者下肢深静脉血栓发生率和髋关节功能恢复情况。结果:观察组患者下肢深静脉血栓发生率及术后4个月的Harris髋关节功能评分均明显优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:快速康复外科理念对预防老年人工髋关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓的形成具有积极效果,还能促进患者髋关节功能的恢复。

Objective：To investigate the value of rapid rehabilitation surgery（FTS）in preventing deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity after artificial hip replacement in elderly patients.Methods：72 cases of hip replacement patients treated in a hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 were selected as the research object and divided into the observation group（36 cases）and control group（36 cases）using random double blind method.The patients in the control group were given routine perioperative nursing,and the patients in the observation group were treated with the concept of rapid surgical rehabilitation on the basis of the control group.The incidence of deep venous thrombosis and the recovery of hip joint function were compared between the two groups.Results：The incidence of deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity and the score of Harris hip joint function at 4 months after operation in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery has a positive effect on preventing the formation of deep vein thrombosis in the lower extremity after artificial hip arthroplasty in elderly patients,and can also promote the recovery of hip joint function in patients.
