康复综合治疗措施对痉挛型脑瘫儿童的运动功能恢复的效果及预后的影响分析

Effect of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Therapy on Recovery of Motor Function and Prognosis in Children with Spastic Cerebral Palsy

目的:分析康复综合治疗措施对痉挛型脑瘫儿童的运动功能恢复的效果及预后的影响。方法:选择在2015年9月~2016年9月期间某院收治的76例痉挛性脑瘫儿童进行研究,并按数字双盲法,将患儿分为对照组和观察组,对照组患儿采用常规的物理康复治疗,观察组患儿采用康复综合治疗。调查统计患儿康复治疗前及治疗3个月后的MAS评分、GMFM-88评分、WeeFIM评分及平衡评分。结果:治疗后,两组患儿WeeFIM评分、GMFM-88评分及平衡评分均明显升高,且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患儿MAS评分均明显降低,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的总有效率(92.11%)明显高于对照组(81.58%,P<0.05)。结论:康复综合措施治疗痉挛型脑瘫患儿疗效显著,值得推广应用。

Objective：To analyze the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on motor function recovery and prognosis of children with spastic cerebral palsy.Methods：76 children with spastic cerebral palsy treated in a hospital from September 2015 to September 2016 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the digital double blind method.The control group received routine physical rehabilitation treatment,while the observation group received comprehensive rehabilitation therapy.The MAS score,GMFM-88 score,WeeFIM score and balance score of children before and after 3 months rehabilitation were investigated.Results：After treatment,the WeeFIM score,GMFM-88 score and balance score of the two groups were significantly increased,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the MAS scores of the two groups were significantly decreased,and the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of the observation group（92.11%）was significantly higher than that of the control group（81.58%,P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Comprehensive rehabilitation measures have significant effect on children with spastic cerebral palsy,which is worthy of popularization and application.
