摘要
提出在思想道德修养与法律基础课中推进"问题切入、价值导引"的探究式学习。"建构主义"的学习理论为探究式学习提供了学理依据,现代价值理论为价值观的导引和内化提供了理论依据,问题意识的理念为问题切入教学提供了理论支撑。探究式学习方案的设计应坚持双主体、问题典型性、核心价值观导引的原则,其实施的步骤应包括设计专题、小组学习与讨论、师生点评、社会调查、撰写研究报告等。
This paper proposes to carry out the inquiry-based learning with the characteristics of "posing questions"and "value guide"in the course of "Ideological Moral Cultivation and Fundamentals of Law". The learning theory of constructivism provides the theoretical basis for this inquiry-based learning; the modern value theory provides theoretical foundation for the value guide and internalization; and the idea of problem awareness provides theoretical support for "posing question"teaching. The design of inquiry-based learning plan should insist on the principles of double subjects,problem typicality and being guided by core values and the procedures should include design project,group discussion and comment,social investigation,writing research proposal and so on.
