摘要
以鼎熟食是陶器时代和铜器时代中国在美食创造方面的一项重要发明。战国铜器纹图中的鼎烹图像,展示了公元前6世纪前后黄河流域和长江流域以鼎烹饪的诸多场景;鼎中所烹食物的各种形态在图像中前所未见地出现,形象地反映出炊器依出品而分类使用等一整套对后世中国烹饪有深远影响的烹煮概念及其技术规范。
Cooking food with tripod was an important invention in the Chinese food culture in the times of pottery and bronze. The images about cooking with bronze ware in tripod during the warring states period displayed many scenes of cooking in the regions along Yellow River and the Yangtze River around the 6 th century BC. The images of the food cooked in the tripod reflected the utensils were applied according to the products,which brought impacts on the Chinese cooking techniques and norms later in the history.
