桑龙止痒丸对小鼠慢性湿疹的影响

Effect of Sanlong Zhiyang Pillon Chronic Eczema in Mice

目的:考察桑龙止痒丸治疗慢性湿疹小鼠的疗效。方法:采用2,4-二硝基氯苯(DNCB)反复激发小鼠造成湿疹模型,给予不同剂量桑龙止痒丸治疗之后,对4组小鼠治疗前后的皮损作用、耳部肿胀度、双耳重量差搔抓指数进行分析,并用ELISA检测IL-2、IFN-!、IL-4、IL-6含量的表达变化。结果:治疗组小鼠的皮损作用、耳部肿胀度、双耳重量差搔抓指数皆小于治疗前,且IL-2、IFN-!较治疗前降低,IL-4、IL-6较治疗前升高。结论:桑龙止痒丸能够改善小鼠的皮损作用、耳部肿胀度、双耳重量差搔抓指数以及炎症因子的变化,能够有效控制湿疹的发展。

Objective： To investigate the efficacy of Sanlong Zhiyang Pill in the treatment of chronic eczema mice. Methods：Repeatedly stimulated mice with 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene（ DNCB） to cause eczema model,and after different doses of Sanglong Zhiiting pills were treated,the effects of skin lesions and ear swelling before and after treatment of the four groups of mice were evaluated. The difference between the binaural weight difference and scratching index was analyzed,and the expression changes of IL-2,IFN-!,IL-4 and IL-6 were detected by ELISA. Results： In the treatment group,the skin lesions,swelling of the ears,and the weight loss score of both ears were all less than before treatment. IL-2 and IFN-αwere lower than before treatment. IL-4 and IL-6 were higher than before treatment. Conclusion： Sanglong Zhiiting Pill can improve the skin lesions of mice,the degree of ear swelling,the difference in weight and scratching index of the ears,and the change of inflammatory factors,and can effectively control the development of eczema.
