某双氧水厂事故废水处理工程实例

摘要 某双氧水厂由于突发事故产生的高浓度废水,废水中主要含有2-乙基蒽醌、重芳烃、磷酸三辛酯等,其特点就是由于掺杂了生产双氧水的原辅材料导致的废水中总磷浓度含量过高,以及一些难降解的有机物产生的COD。针对此类突发性事故废水,通过采用"气浮+化学沉磷+强氧化"的方法进行针对性的处理。工程调试结果显示,出水水质稳定达到该园区污水处理厂纳管要求,COD、TP平均去除率分别达94.8%、99.8%。 A hydrogen peroxide factory produce the high concentration wastewater due to accident,wastewater containing mainly 2-Ethyl Anthraquinone,heavy aromatics,Trioctyl phosphate,its characteristic is due to the production of hydrogen peroxide water caused a mix of raw materials in the high concentration of total phosphorus content,as well as some difficult to reduce the organic solution produced by COD. Aiming at such sudden accident wastewater,the targeted treatment is carried out by the method of "air floatation + chemical phosphorus + strong oxidation". The results of the commissioning show that the water quality of the effluent reaches the requirements of the sewage treatment plant in the park,and the average removal rate of COD and TP is 94. 8% and 99. 7%,respectively.
