摘要
具有良好力学性能以及生物活性等特性的三维多孔支架材料在组织工程及组织器官修复领域扮演着日益重要的角色。本文基于新型功能聚酯聚富马酸对苯二甲酸二环氧丁烷马来酸酯(PTFB-M),通过盐析法制备了多孔支架,通过扫描电镜(SEM)图像研究了其微观三维结构。利用差示扫描量热分析(DSC)和热重分析(TGA)研究了其热力学性能。同时对多孔支架进行了循环压缩测试。最后,对PTFB-M多孔支架化学键连接生长因子,并进行了生长因子缓释实验。
Three dimensional scaffolds have played an important role on tissue engineering,which is a research field focusing on repairing and reconstruction damaged tissues. Here,we prepared poly( fumaroylterephthaloylbioxirane) maleate porous scaffold with 3 D porous structure by salt particulate leaching technique. The microscopic 3 D-structure of PTFB-M porous scaffold was investigated by SEM. The thermal properties were investigated by DSC and TGA. The compression test was also performed. Finally,we covalently bonded the growth factor to scaffolds and investigated its release profile.
