纳米Fe_3O_4改性聚酯的加工性能研究

摘要 通过原位聚合法,在聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)聚合过程中添加不同含量纳米Fe_3O_4制备改性PET,采用DSC方法研究了改性聚酯的冷结晶过程中的非等温结晶动力学,采用旋转流变仪研究了改性聚酯的流变性能。结果表明纳米Fe_3O_4的加入使聚酯的Tc降低,结晶能力增强。纳米Fe_3O_4添加量越多,在聚酯中起到成核剂的作用越明显,形成的晶粒尺寸分布越窄,结晶越快。纳米Fe_3O_4的加入,改善了聚酯的流动性,有利于聚酯的成型加工。 By means of in-situ polymerization method,modified polyethylene terephthalate ester( PET) was synthesized by different amounts of nano-Fe3O4. The non-isothermal crystallization Kinetics during the cold crystallization was studied by DSC method. The results indicated that the nano-Fe3O4 reduced the Tc of polyester,and increased its crystallization ability. With the increase of the nano-Fe3O4 amount,the nucleation effect was more obvious in the polyester,crystallite size distribution was narrower and the crystallization ability was faster than usual.The nano-Fe3O4 had also improved the fluidity of polyester and was be beneficial to the molding of polyester.
