活性炭固载对甲苯磺酸铜催化合成醋酸丁酯

摘要 本文探讨了不同催化剂对醋酸丁酯合成的影响以及采用浸渍法制备活性炭负载对甲苯磺酸铜固体催化剂的制备方法、负载量、反应条件等对醋酸丁酯合成的影响。结果表明,活性炭负载对甲苯磺酸铜固体催化剂是所选催化剂中性能最好的催化剂;该催化剂最佳制备条件为:对甲苯磺酸铜负载质量分数为10%,碳载对甲苯磺酸铜催化剂用量为乙酸质量的2.0%,n乙酸∶n正丁醇为1∶1.20,沸腾反应,反应时间1.5 h;在此条件下进行催化合成醋酸丁酯产品纯度、选择性等均大于99%,5次重复使用结果表明,该催化剂的重复使用性能好,且具有产物与催化剂分离简单等优势,具有明显的工业前景。 The effects of different catalysts on the synthesis of butyl acetate and the influences of preparation methods of the activated carbon supported copper toluene sulfonate,loading capacity and reaction conditions on the synthesis of butyl acetate were studied in this paper. The results showed that the activated carbon supported copper paratolylsulfonate solid catalyst was selected in the best performance of the catalyst. The optimum preparation conditions of the catalyst were as follows: p-toluenesulfonic acid copper loading of 10%,carbon supported p-toluene sulfonic acid copper catalyst2% to acetic acid,nacetic acid∶ nn-butanol= 1∶ 1. 20,boiling reaction,the reaction time was 1. 5 h; its product purity and selectivity were greater than 99% under the condition of butyl acetate's catalytic synthesis,5 times of repeated use's results showed that the repeated use of the performance of the catalyst was very good,and the catalyst separation had obvious advantages such as simple,therefore obvious industrial prospects were given by the catalyst.
