涤纶针织面料疵点分析及控制

Analyzing and controlling of defects in knitting plus material

笔者介绍了针织用纱对原料的特殊要求,并利用扫描电镜分析了针织面料染色疵点微观表面形貌及其形成原因。针织面料染色疵点主要为纤维染色疵点,其次为纺纱染色疵点。笔者从纤维生产和纺纱生产角度提出了控制针织面料染色疵点的方法和措施。

Special requirements of knitting yarn material was introduced. Morphology and forming causes of dyeing defects on knitted fabric were analyzed by scanning electroc microscope. Adjusting and optimizing production process of PET stable fibre in knitting were made suggestion. Some advices were givien in using PET stable fibre in knitting.
