摘要
本文通过理论应力计算和有限元应力分析两种方法,对吸附-脱附器固定管板式换热器在使用过程中发生的壳程筒体鼓凸变形进行了原因分析、结构安全分析和寿命预测,以及延长使用寿命所实施的改造措施。
In this paper,the reason analysis,structurally safety analysis and life prediction of the shell-side tube's bulging deformation were studied by the stress theory and finite element analysis. We used the adsorptiondesorption device which was a fixed tube-plate heat exchanger. Retrofit measures were implemented to extend service life.
