基于海藻酸钠的生物医用微球材料研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 海藻酸盐是一类从海洋产物中提取的天然高分子材料,因其具有良好的生物相容性、生物粘附性、体内降解性、亲水性等,在生物医用材料领域已获得广泛应用。基于海藻酸钠的微球材料因其可保持基质材料良好的综合性能,且具有良好的亲水性能及聚集成型性能,被广泛应用于肿瘤治疗的栓塞剂,缓释药物的载体等领域中,较合成材料制备的微球显示出良好的安全性和应用效果。本文介绍了海藻酸钠微球的性能,制备方法及其应用研究进展,并对其未来发展进行了展望。 Alginate is a kind of natural macromolecule material extracted from marine products. Because of its good biocompatibility,bioadhesion,biodegradability and hydrophilicity,it has been widely used in the field of biomedical materials. The alginate-based microsphere materials have good hydrophilic properties and agglomerative properties because they can maintain the good comprehensive properties of the matrix materials. They have been widely used in the fields of embolization agents for tumor treatment and carriers for sustained-release drugs. Compared with the microspheres prepared via the synthetic materials,they showed better safety and applying effects. This paper introduces the performance and preparation methods of sodium alginate microspheres,as well as the recent research progress on sodium alginate microspheres. Finally,future prospect of the sodium alginate microspheres is summarized.
