“新工科”背景下培养高校工程人才思维品质的思考

Reflections on Cultivating the Thinking Quality of Engineering Talents in Colleges Underthe Background of “New Engineering”

工科类院校要将主动实践与协同合作、宏观规划和微观目标、经济价值与精神价值、现实需求和未来发展相结合,注重对工程人才思维品质的培养。从"独立与合作""宏观与微观""物质与精神""现实与未来"四个关系层面,探讨"新工科"背景下工科类院校要注重培养学生的独立精神与合作精神;大工程观和工匠精神;功利精神和伦理精神;人道主义精神和前瞻性思维等思维品质。我们不仅要培养适应并满足当前产业结构需要的工程人才,更应培养引领产业发展的、有国际竞争力的工程科技专家。

Engineering colleges should combine active practice and cooperation,macro planning and micro goal,economic value and spiritual value,realistic demand and future development,and pay attention to the cultivation of thinking quality of engineering talents.From the perspective of＂independence and cooperation＂,＂macro and micro＂,＂substance and spirit＂,＂reality and future＂,this paper discusses that under the background of＂new engineering subject＂,colleges of engineering should pay attention to cultivating students＇ independent spirit and spirit of cooperation;great engineering view and craftsman spirit;utilitarian spirit and ethical spirit;humanitarianism and forward-looking thinking.We not only cultivate engineering talents who can adapt to the needs of the current industrial structure,but also cultivate internationally competitive engineering and scientific experts who lead the development of the industry.
