摘要
界面作为复合材料中重要的微结构,其性质决定着复合材料的整体性能。本文介绍了复合材料界面的作用和结合方式,综述了碳纤维增强陶瓷基复合材料界面的研究现状。归纳总结了在碳纤维表面改性中常用的涂层技术和晶须生长技术,并分析了其技术的优缺点。最后指出了未来碳纤维增强陶瓷基复合材料界面的研究方向。
The interfaces in the composites are the important micro-structure, and its properties determine the overall performance of the composites. In this paper, the function and combination of the interfaces in the composites are introduced, and the research status of the interfaces in the carbon fibers reinforced ceramic matrix composites is reviewed. The coating technology and whisker growth technology commonly used in the surface modification of carbon fiber are summarized, and its advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. Finally, the research direction in the future is pointed out.
